7.2 No Training on User Data
User Documents and extracted content are not used to train global or shared AI models unless expressly agreed in writing. AI processing is limited to providing the Service to the user who uploaded the data.

We do not manually review User Documents except at your request for support or as required to maintain security or comply with legal obligations.

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, meet contractual obligations, and comply with legal requirements. You may delete User Documents or close your account at any time. Residual copies may persist temporarily in backups for operational or legal reasons.

No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously.
